About the owner

“For as long as I could remember I always had a passion for baking and chet2000, I graduated first in my class and received the Edmond D. Fuller Award from Johnson & Wales with an A.S. in Baking and Pastry Arts and a B.S. in Food Service Entrepreneurship. Since then I have worked in various hotels, resorts, restaurants, confection shops and bakeries. I have also received numerous awards and certificates from the American Culinary Federation for my work in the dessert world. In 2007 I saw the need for healthy frozen desserts since there are very few places outside New York City that had authentic Italian Ices. My love for creating has lead me to develop  unique combinations like lemon basil, and pear-cardamom which are included in the Specialty Selection menu.”
